Service Charge: €50 for credit card transactions

Eligible for: Half the total charter expense

Service Charge: €25 deducted from the refund amount

Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Refund not available
Exception: Emergency situations may be considered individually
Option: Offer of charter credit at discretion of management

Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Commitment to Safety
Your security is our utmost concern. Should the weather pose a threat to safe charter operations as determined by our qualified captain, we present flexible alternatives:
- Complete Refund: If rescheduling isn't an option, a full refund will be issued
- Change of Date: Transfer your booking to an upcoming available slot without any extra charge
- Charter Credit: A credit notice valid for one year from the original booking date
Assessment of Weather Conditions
We base our weather assessment on:
- Study of wind velocity and trajectory
- Analysis of wave size and ocean conditions
- Projections for visibility and rainfall
- Notices and alerts from maritime authorities
- Safety evaluation by a professional captain
Decision Timing: Determinations regarding weather-induced cancellations are made at least 4 hours ahead of the scheduled departure.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Extenuating Circumstances
We comprehend that unforeseen medical urgencies can arise. The ensuing instances may merit special dispensation:
- Sudden affliction or harm necessitating hospital care
- A death within the close family circle
- Impromptu military service or call to active duty
- Judicial summons or mandatory jury service
- Natural disasters impacting travel arrangements
Documentation Necessities
For handling emergency refund claims, please present:
- A medical statement or hospital records
- Mortality certificate (if relevant)
- Formal military directives
- Legal summons or notice of jury responsibility
- Travel advisories or state of emergency proclamations
Procedure: Emergency reimbursement claims are settled within 3-5 business days upon submission of adequate documentation.
Operational Cancellations
Mechanical Failures
If the vessel assigned to you suffers from unresolvable mechanical issues:
- Substitute Vessel: We will endeavor to provide an equivalent alternative
- Full Reimbursement: In the absence of a suitable replacement
- Partial Refund: If the alternate vessel differs in cost
- Compensation: Additional recompensation might be extended for the inconvenience
Crew Unavailability
On rare occasions when certified crew is scarce:
- An alternate crew will be sought where feasible
- Complete reimbursement if the charter is non-executable
- Rebooking at no supplementary cost

Refund Via Original Payment Methods
Refunds will be made through the same channel as the original payment:

- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: 3-5 business days

Charter Credit Options
Ocassions for Issuing Credits
In specific situations, rather than refunds, we may offer charter credits:
- Late cancellation instances (under 24 hours)
- Charter cancellations due to adverse weather
- Voluntary requests to change the booking
- Disturbances in operations
Credit Conditions
- Effective Period: 12 months from the date of issue
- Non-transferable: Cannot be switched to another individual
- Amount: Corresponds to the entire value of the charter sans administrative charges
- Utilization: Applicable towards any available yacht charters
- Expiry: There will be no extensions past the 12 months
Refunds for Partial Services
Disruptions During the Service
If your charter experience is interrupted or curtailed owing to factors under our control:
- Reimbursement commensurate with the unused portion
- Credit for a future equivalent-value yacht charter
- Complimentary perks or service upgrades
Disturbances Caused by the Guests
In cases where a charter must be prematurely ceased due to guest issues or breaches of safety protocols:
- No reimbursement for the undeployed time
- Fulfilment of the entire payment is required
- Incidental charges may be levied
