What does a standard yacht charter include?
Each of our charters comes with a professional crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. Specific amenities differ depending on the service — sunset tours come with premium refreshments and hors d'oeuvres, while business charters offer meeting facilities and corporate dining options.
When should I reserve my booking?
To ensure availability, we suggest making reservations at least 2–3 weeks in advance, or even more so during the high season (May–September). For business gatherings and private functions, reserving 4–6 weeks prior allows for better options and time to customize the experience.
What procedures are in place for unfavorable weather?
Your safety is our primary concern. Should the captain determine that weather conditions are hazardous, we will suggest an alternate date for the charter or issue a complete refund. We closely track weather predictions and will reach out to you 24 hours before your scheduled departure if the forecast looks uncertain.
Am I allowed to bring personal food and drinks?
Certainly, personal food and drinks are permitted on board. Additionally, we offer excellent catering services and are able to tailor menus to suit your tastes. Please be aware that for safety purposes, glass containers are not allowed.
Do you accommodate guests with special mobility needs?
We are committed to making our services accessible to everyone. Some of our yachts are more equipped for accessibility than others. What's your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations done 72 hours or more prior to departure, a full refund is provided. Those cancelled within 24–72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable, except in cases of unsafe weather or mechanical difficulties on our part.
